Dashboard

The morning check, in one screen.

Four tabs: Home, Issues, Listings and Performance. Home pushes paid orders to you over a live connection as they happen, keeps the unshipped ones beside them, and puts the day's statement underneath, from gross sales down through refunds, fees, ads and cost of goods to net profit. Listings ranks your stores by what is out of stock and what earned, and Performance charts views, favourites, listings and orders over the last day, week or month.

Eto dashboard home: a live feed of paid orders, the orders still needing fulfilment, and the last 30 days from gross sales down to net profit.
Dashboard · home
The dashboard's live feed of paid orders as they land, beside the orders still waiting to be fulfilled with how overdue each one is.
Paid orders as they land, and what is still unshipped
The dashboard date strip: today, 7, 30, 90 days, year to date or a custom range, over the statement and net profit for the period.
The date strip, and the statement under it
Dashboard Listings tab: sold-out listings grouped by store with the revenue each one lost and a Restock button on every row.
Listings tab
Dashboard Performance tab: views and favourites over the last 7 days with a per-store table of active, sold out, views and orders.
Performance tab
Live, not polled
Order events arrive on an open connection, and every other tab you have open updates with them.
Two ways to read money
Settled counts money on the day it moved in Etsy's ledger. Outcome pulls each order's later fees and refunds back to the day it sold.
One date strip
Today, 7, 30 or 90 days, year to date, or a range of your own, and orders, finance and analytics all take the same one.
Every store or one
Switch to a single shop, or combine them all with your own exchange rates.

Analytics

Ten tabs of the questions you actually ask.

Overview, Orders, Map, Finance, Stores, Listings, Listing stats, Suppliers, VAs and API, each with the same period picker and a comparison against the previous period or the same period last year. A strip of headline figures stays above them all: orders, revenue, net profit, cost of goods, Etsy fees, ads, average order, refund rate and active listings.

The analytics header: ten tabs over one period strip of today, 7, 30, 90 days, year to date or a range of your own, with the headline figures and how each moved against the period before.
Ten tabs, one period strip
Analytics overview over 30 days: orders and money on one chart under headline figures for orders, revenue, net profit, cost of goods, fees and ads.
Analytics · overview
Analytics Orders tab: order volume over 30 days with shipped against ordered, and the top products by units.
Orders tab
Orders tab
Volume, what still needs fulfilling, status, country, store, time to ship, money per order and your top products.
Finance tab
Revenue, gross profit, cost of goods, net profit, fees, ads and refunds on one chart, then the same per store.
Listings tab
Revenue per listing across the whole catalogue, with the ones that sold nothing this period kept in their own band.
Stores tab
A scatter of any two measures, so a store that takes orders but keeps none of the money is obvious.

Orders map

Every order, on the map, worked out on our side.

Eto turns the address an order already carries into a place offline, so nothing is sent anywhere to do it. Zoomed out you see countries, then a grid that halves with each level, then the town itself. Draw it as clustered dots, as heat or as a country choropleth, flat or on a globe, and size the dots by orders, order value, items or average order.

The orders map: order clusters across Europe with the overview panel counting countries, places, orders and order value.
Analytics · map
The orders map as a heat layer over the whole world, with the same overview panel of reach and top countries.
Heat, the whole world

Four panels
Overview ranks countries and places, Place opens one dot in full, Insights names what is growing and what has gone quiet, Live shows orders as they land.
Heat and countries
The same data as a heat layer or a shaded country map, for when the dots get crowded.
Honest about currency
Money across stores in different currencies is withheld rather than added up, until you set a common currency.
Take it with you
Download the places behind the map as a CSV.

Listing stats

Etsy shows you a total. Eto shows you the movement.

A listing's view and favourite counts only ever climb, so a total tells you nothing about this week. Eto records its own reading whenever a paid order arrives, at most once every six hours, and charts the gain between readings instead: views gained, favourites gained and orders, per store or across all of them.

Listing stats: views, favourites and orders gained over 30 days from 113 captures, with the biggest movers and what to do about each one.
Analytics · listing stats
The listing movement chart: views, favourites and orders gained between captures over 30 days, rather than Etsy's lifetime totals.
Gained between captures, not lifetime totals
Four mover lists
Biggest movers, most favourited, gone quiet (nobody has looked in a month) and sold out but still wanted.
What to do
Short sentences read off the movement: restock this, reprice that, refresh the listings nobody has seen. A rule with nothing to say says nothing.
Kept forever
Raw readings are pruned after 90 days, but the nightly daily rollup is kept, so the long charts survive.
Never at your expense
A capture always leaves 30% of the day's Etsy quota untouched, so research and syncing keep working.

Orders

One feed for every store, with the profit on each line.

Each order shows subtotal, fees, gross profit, cost of goods and net profit as chips you can open: the fee chip breaks out transaction, processing, shipping, offsite ads, subscription and remitted tax; the cost chip lists each item and tells you how many have no cost set. Refunds add a net refund and a final figure. Set a cost or a SKU inline, assign a supplier, and read the tracking without leaving the row.

Orders from every store in one feed, each line carrying subtotal, fees, gross profit, cost of goods and net profit, with its fulfilment and tracking state.

Filters
Date range, fulfilled, shipped, paid, location, message, gift, type, urgency, tracking state, refund and cancellation status, and fulfilled via Printify.
The detail drawer
Overview, items, tracking, shipping, payment, messages, product and notes, plus the raw order as JSON. Every address line has its own copy button, and the whole address copies in the format Printify and Gelato expect.
Costs from a spreadsheet
A five-step import that reads csv, xlsx, xls, txt and tsv, matches on order number or buyer, and handles any currency format.
Share and export
A CSV with a column picker, or an expiring link that shows a supplier their orders and nothing else.

Finance

The statement Etsy should have given you.

Balance, net profit, gross sales, cost of goods, fees, ads, refunds, cancellations, payouts and sales, any of them on the chart at once. Under it, the ledger rebuilt in Etsy's own wording, down to "transaction fee, 6.5% of item total", so you can check a line against your Etsy statement and have it match.

Finance over the last 30 days: balance, payouts, net profit, cost of goods, fees, ads and software expense, with the daily trend under them.
Finance · 30 days
The finance figures for a 30 day range: balance, payouts, sales, refunds, profit, cost of goods, fees, ads and the software you pay for outside Etsy.
Including what your tools cost
Analytics Finance tab: revenue, gross profit, cost of goods and net profit charted together, then money per store.
Finance in analytics
Per product
Sales, gross, fees, refunds, cost of goods, net and margin for every product, and a click opens its orders.
Nothing swept away
Transaction groups Eto could not categorise sit in their own Issues view with a count, rather than quietly changing the total.
Your other costs
Add the tools and subscriptions you pay for outside Etsy, and they come off the combined view too.
Export
CSV in Etsy's statement layout, an xlsx workbook with one sheet per store and real number columns, or the figures as JSON.

Stores

Connect as many shops as you run.

Every store is a card with its listing count, a refresh, notifications and a set of visibility switches, so a shop you have wound down can be hidden from orders, finance or the dashboard without disconnecting it. Open one and you get its stats, currency, location, status, and every shipping profile with its processing days, carriers and costs.

The stores page: every connected Etsy shop as a card with its listing count, order notifications and per-page visibility switches.
Stores · all connected

Listing manager

Every listing in every store, edited in bulk.

A grid of three to eight columns or a compact list, filtered by state, section, type, age or text, sorted by quantity, views, favourites, sales, price or date. Select what you want and change the processing profile, set quantities, copy listings into another store, activate them on Etsy or delete them. Storewide, one rule keeps stock from running out: below your threshold, back up to your target.

The listing manager: listings across stores as a grid of cards with price, state and stats, filtered by store chips.

Edits are kept as a draft on our side first, so a failed Etsy update does not cost you the work.

Quick upload

Build one listing well, or a hundred from a sheet.

Start from an Etsy listing id, from scratch, or from a spreadsheet. In the workspace, AI writes the title and the description from what you already have, generates the thumbnail, an info image and a showcase image, and each has a box for your own instructions and an undo. Choose the stores and it publishes to all of them.

The quick upload workspace: title, a twelve-slot photo grid, description, and the stores the listing will publish to.

Spreadsheets, as they are
Etsy's own bulk-edit export works unchanged, columns in any order, and Eto asks only for what the file did not carry.
Fixed before it flies
Rows with problems sort to the top of the review step and are fixed inline before anything is published.
Variants
Generate between two and twenty variants of a listing, edit each title and price, then upload them together or schedule the group.
Your AI, your key
Run on Eto credits, your own Vertex AI project or your own Gemini key.

Assistants

Give an assistant one store and nothing else.

Permissions are set per assistant and per store, and everything starts off. Grant order access for one shop, supplier links for another, uploads limited to digital products, and leave the rest closed. Their sidebar has four destinations, finance is not one of them, and every action they take is logged.

Your drafts
Your own active, draft and scheduled listings are hidden from assistants unless you show them.

Product Hunt and Shop Spy

Demand you can check, not a number we invented.

Product Hunt pulls the live listings for a niche and reads Etsy's own "bought in the past 24 hours" signal for each one, so the demand figure is Etsy's, not a guess. AI then prunes what is off-topic, scores every listing out of 100 on demand, listing age and shop age, and writes two or three sentences citing the actual numbers. Shop Spy takes any Etsy product link and opens that shop's whole active catalogue.

A Product Hunt for ceramic mugs: live Etsy listings with price, listing age, shop age, shop sales, views and favourites on every card.
Product Hunt · a finished hunt
Gems
A listing under 150 days old, selling at least two a day, from a shop young enough that you could do the same. Breakouts are marked separately.
Keywords
The tags that appear far more often in the high-demand listings than the low-demand ones, with the ratio, plus what is trending in the newest listings.
Nothing invented
A missing figure shows as "n/a". Zero demand can never be a gem.
Shop Spy
Listings, sales, favourites, rating and reviews, then every active listing with views, favourites, tags and materials. Live each time, nothing stored.

AI Studio

Product imagery, as a conversation.

Ask for the shot you want, attach a reference photo, circle the part you mean, and keep the results. Compare mode runs every model at once and puts them side by side so you can pick. Background removal is a real cutout, not a repaint.

The AI studio: a chat that generated a set of product photos, then swapped the background on one of them.

API, MCP and webhooks

Everything the dashboard does, from your own code.

127 operations over 19 categories, documented endpoint by endpoint, with an OpenAPI 3.1 file, a Markdown copy of every page and an llms.txt for the agents that will read it. The same surface is an MCP server at mcp.eto.tools, so Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity can work in your shop with your permissions. Included with Enterprise, with no per-call pricing.

Where everything is
Auth
An API key in a header, or sign in with your Eto account over OAuth 2.1 with no key to paste.
Webhooks
order.paid, order.shipped, order.canceled and order.delivered, each signed, with a deliveries list, retries and a hosted test inbox.
Limits in the open
Two requests a second and five thousand a day, with the remaining count on every response.
Written for agents
llms.txt, per-endpoint Markdown, an API catalogue, and the docs answer in Markdown if that is what you ask for.

Plans

Four plans, and the same screen to change on.

Every plan is side by side with what it includes, monthly or yearly, and the one you are on is marked. Switching takes effect straight away and keeps every store, order and listing you already have. Locked features send you to this same screen with the plan that opens them already suggested.

The plan chooser: four plans side by side with a monthly and yearly switch and what each one includes.
Plans · monthly or yearly

One store, unlimited orders and listing management, with no card.
What the price buys
Stores, team members, product searches and AI credits are what change between plans, not the parts of the app you can open.
Yearly
The switch prices every column by the month so the two are comparable.

Security

Encrypted, and stored in the EU.

Your orders, finances and listings sit on EU servers, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can revoke Etsy access at any time.

Per store
Each store's Etsy token is encrypted on its own, and disconnecting one leaves the others alone.
Never used for training
Your data is never used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.
Access you set
Assistants see only the stores and tools you grant, and finance is not one of them unless you say so.
Yours to take
Orders, finance and listings export as CSV, xlsx or JSON whenever you want them.
