Do I need a credit card?
No. The free plan needs no card. You add one only when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I connect more than one Etsy shop?
Yes. Paid plans run unlimited stores from one login. The free plan connects one store so you can try every feature.
How does Eto calculate real profit?
Every fee, ad spend, shipping cost and refund comes from Etsy. You add cost of goods once, per SKU or from a sheet, and Eto works out net profit per order and per listing.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Eto uses Etsy's official OAuth, encrypts your tokens and stores everything in the EU. Your financials, costs and suppliers are visible only to you, never shared and never used for training.
Can I book a demo or ask questions first?
Yes, and it is free. Message the founder on Discord or email aayan@panlytics.net. Replies within 24 hours.
Can I cancel any time?
